Shipping Policy

Effective Date: April 2, 2026

Order Processing Time

All orders are custom made-to-order and personally engraved before shipping. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Please note: Production time applies to all orders regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. Selecting an expedited shipping option does not bypass production time.

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping

0 – 4 lbs: $4.95
4 – 8 lbs: $6.95
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment

UPS Next Day Air Saver®

Live rate calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination
Delivers the next business day after production is complete
Example: An order placed Monday may be produced by Thursday, with delivery on Friday
This service guarantees overnight delivery once shipped — it does not shorten production time

Free Shipping

Orders of $99.00 or more qualify for free shipping on both Standard Shipping and UPS Next Day Air Saver®.

Delivery estimates begin the day your order ships, not the day it is placed.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier used for Standard Shipping is selected based on your location and order size. UPS Next Day Air Saver® ships exclusively via UPS.

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Delivery Area

We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Please note: UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you select UPS Next Day Air Saver®, please provide a physical street address at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

The Rustic Treehouse is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to USPS or UPS. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:

Checking with neighbors or other household members
Contacting your local USPS or UPS facility
Waiting 1–2 additional business days as packages are occasionally marked delivered early

If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. The Rustic Treehouse is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you notice an error — we cannot guarantee changes after production begins.
